Hi,
If you are an IE 8 user you will want make sure you are on "compatibility mode". Otherwise you may not be able to customize some of your documents before you send them out.

In your Internet Explorer tool bar go to "tools", then "compatibility view settings" and check the box on the bottom. This way you won't see any issues.
